1. Agreement to Terms
By using MotoTrust, you agree to these Terms of Service. MotoTrust provides a platform that connects vehicle owners with third-party service providers (Garages/Workshops).
2. Service Booking
When you book a service through MotoTrust:
- The booking is subject to the Garage's availability.
- MotoTrust facilitates the communication and tracking, but the service contract is with the Garage.
- You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and contact information.
3. Digital Estimates
One of MotoTrust's core features is the digital estimate system:
Approval Required: No work will begin on your vehicle until you review and approve the digital estimate provided by the garage via the MotoTrust platform.
4. Payments & Billing
Payments are typically made directly to the Garage upon completion of the service. Invoices generated through MotoTrust include applicable GST as per government norms.
5. Important Disclaimers
MOTOTRUST IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE QUALITY OF SERVICE PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY GARAGES. ANY DISPUTES REGARDING REPAIR QUALITY OR WARRANTY MUST BE RESOLVED WITH THE GARAGE OPERATOR.
